Adolescent Therapy

In my work with adolescents, I provide a supportive and developmentally attuned space where young clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and emerging identities. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to address concerns including anxiety, depression, identity formation, peer relationships, academic stress, and family dynamics. Sessions are tailored to meet each adolescent’s cognitive and emotional readiness, with an emphasis on building trust, fostering self-awareness, and enhancing emotional regulation. I also collaborate with families when appropriate to support communication and relational stability. My goal is to help adolescents develop a stronger sense of agency, resilience, and self-understanding as they navigate the complexities of growing up.
