Anxiety Treatment

In my work with individuals experiencing anxiety, I offer a structured, evidence-based approach that balances practical tools with deeper emotional insight. Clients can expect a collaborative process that begins with understanding how anxiety shows up in their thoughts, body, and relationships. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thinking patterns, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build psychological flexibility, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to explore the emotional roots of distress. Treatment often includes mindfulness strategies, values clarification, and skills for regulating the nervous system. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms like worry, panic, or avoidance, but to help clients feel more grounded, capable, and connected to what matters most. Over time, clients often report increased confidence, improved emotional regulation, and a renewed sense of agency in their daily lives.
