Individual Counseling

Thinking Man

In my work with individuals, I offer a structured yet deeply attuned therapeutic process designed to support emotional clarity, psychological flexibility, and meaningful change. I am primarily psychodynamic in my approach but also draw upon evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed approaches to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and identity-related concerns. Sessions are tailored to each person’s goals and pace, with an emphasis on cultivating self-awareness, emotional regulation, and values-based decision-making. Ideal outcomes include increased resilience, improved relational functioning, and a more integrated sense of self. My role is to provide a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with what matters most.
